Acceptance

By using the ESTEXA website or its interactive experiences, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company within the scope of your website use.

02

Website and demo nature

The website explains ESTEXA capabilities and provides interactive examples of how the platform may operate inside real-estate developers and brokerages.

Some screens, data, names and figures used in demonstrations are illustrative. Final workflows, integrations, features and configuration for a client are defined by the agreed implementation scope.

03

Pricing and proposals

Statements such as “starting from,” “request proposal,” plan descriptions or other commercial information on the website are preliminary and do not constitute a binding offer. Final price, implementation scope, timeline, support, usage and third-party costs are defined in the applicable proposal or signed agreement.

04

ESTEXA AI Concierge and AI output

Some ESTEXA experiences may use artificial intelligence to provide answers, recommendations or operating simulations. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not constitute binding legal, financial or real-estate advice.

Material business decisions and commercial data should be reviewed before being relied upon in a real transaction.

05

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to breach, disrupt or bypass website security controls.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content.
  • Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell platform components or demonstrations without written permission.
  • Do not use the services in a way that materially harms other users or platform infrastructure.
06

Intellectual property

The ESTEXA name, visual identity, website design, content, demonstrations, interfaces, models, workflows, software and original materials are protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to ESTEXA or its licensors. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of those materials.

07

Third-party services and integrations

Some functionality may depend on third-party providers for hosting, AI, messaging, analytics or other integrations. Their own terms and policies may also apply where relevant, and some functionality may change if those services change.

08

Availability and changes

We aim to maintain reliable access to the website and services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may improve, modify, suspend or replace parts of the website or demonstrations for development, security or operational reasons.

09

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website, informational content and demonstrations are provided for information and evaluation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ESTEXA is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on illustrative content or temporary website interruption.

This does not limit rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded or obligations expressly agreed in a separate ESTEXA service contract.

10

Enterprise implementations

A live ESTEXA deployment for a real-estate company is governed by a separate scope of work and agreement covering deliverables, security, data, support, fees, responsibilities and market- or integration-specific terms.

11

Governing terms and updates

The governing law and dispute process for an enterprise implementation will be specified in the relevant agreement. Website use remains subject to mandatory applicable laws where they apply.

We may update these terms as the website or services evolve. The updated version applies to subsequent use from the date it is published, to the extent permitted by law.

Note: This is an operational website policy draft and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal review when the final contracting entity is established or enterprise agreements are executed.
